Bubbles Class: Champagne & Fried Chicken

This is an exploration of three delicious champagnes featuring Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve and select growers Champagne from the T Edwards portfolio. These bubbles will be paired with some delectable fried chicken bites & caviar curated by Executive Chef, Mike Smithling.
