Nicholas Elmi, owner of two ofPhiladelphia’s top restaurants – Laurel and Royal Boucherie – and winner of the eleventh season of Bravo’s Top Chef joins us for a six course collaboration dinner this November.
Chef Elmi has been a semifinalist for James Beard Best Chef several years in a row. His first restaurant, Laurel, was nominated by the James Beard Foundation as one of the “Best New Restaurants” in America and named one of GQ’s ten best restaurants in the country. Laurel has also been awarded four bells by award-winning critic Craig Laban of the Inquirer and named the “Best Restaurant in Philadelphia” by Philadelphia Magazine.
