This six course tasting menu will be a curation of dishes made to celebrate the skill and diversity of Heirloom at The St Laurent’s team of chefs. The tasting menu experience will thoughtfully combine fine dining with Heirloom’s whimsical and nostalgic vibe – where each course will highlight one of our talented chefs.
