Vinyasa Flow with Dan

Get out of your head and into your body! All levels are welcome. Yogis will be led through breath work, meditation, folds, twists, backbends, hip openers and inversions. Options will be offered to modify or advance poses as needed. Yogis will be challenged on their mats to practice breathing through the challenges of real life.
